High pole lamp classification

4. According to the maximum and minimum socket length provided on the drawing, make a mark on the rod for use when socketing.

1. Each splicing point provides a socket length, but due to the influence of manufacturing, installation errors and physical factors, there are changes in socket length, so the maximum socket length and the minimum socket length are provided.
2. In order to facilitate installation, it may be necessary to lubricate the mating surface. Be careful not to use lubricating oil to prevent leakage and contamination of the rod body, and soapy water can be used to lubricate the inner and outer surfaces of the sleeve.
3. When socketing, apply the necessary force at both ends to obtain a tight socket.
Lifting principle of high pole lamp
In the rectangular cavity at the bottom of the elevating high pole lamp, in addition to the electrical control system, a motor and other elevating systems are also installed. The electrical control system is installed inside the light pole to avoid the failure of the lifting movement caused by the harsh outdoor environment. There are various circuit overload protection devices in the electrical control system.
The conductors of the circuits in the system are widely plated with copper-based silver to ensure good electrical connections. The lifting system of the lifting high pole lamp drives the lifting of the lamp panel through components such as electric motor, (electromagnetic brake type) worm gear reducer, safety coupling, main wire rope, auxiliary wire rope, rope splitter and movable pulley group. The worm gear reducer has strong self-locking ability, compact transmission, and large transmission ratio. In order to reduce the gear ratio of worm gear and worm, and reduce the rising torque, a set of movable pulleys is specially added to make the lifting speed of the lamp panel less than 0.2 m/s .

Various fasteners, washers, clamp rings and other parts are also made of hot-dip galvanized parts or stainless steel. The lamp panel is equipped with 6 sets of guide pulleys and more than three sets of braking devices. The guide wheels distributed at 120 degrees roll along the surface of the lamp pole during the raising or lowering process of the lamp panel to ensure that the lamp panel does not swing. The surface of the working part where the guide wheel of the lamp panel is in contact with the surface of the lamp pole adopts the rubber hot pressing process. In order to fully ensure that the lamp panel stops automatically when it reaches the limit position, reliable limit switches are installed for the rising and falling movements of the lamp panel, and over-travel protection is provided.
The lifting of the lamp panel of the high pole lamp is realized by changing the rotation direction of the motor. For security and anti-theft, the rectangular cavity is equipped with a sealed door, and a special door lock is installed on the sealed door.
Important safety knowledge of high pole lights:
For users who have not been exposed to high-pole light products, check the production quality of a high-pole light and whether the installation process is reasonable. You can judge from the following points.
Since the height of the high pole lights is between 18 meters and 35 meters, the lightning protection measures must be done well. Many of the high pole lights that we often see are only installed and used after hot-dip galvanizing. The main body of the light pole does not have a problem with electricity, but in recent years, considering the aesthetics of high-pole lights, a spraying process has been added to the surface of many sections, and silver and white are more common. At this time, you need to pay attention, and some High-pole lamp manufacturers have overlooked a problem, that is, the plastic powder itself is insulated. If the plastic powder is sprayed on the lightning rod, the conductive effect of the lightning rod will disappear. If such a problem is found during installation, you must inform The installer should completely scrape the plastic powder from the top of the lightning rod at least 20 cm from top to bottom, and then use the lightning rod to fix the top wire at the junction of the lightning rod and the rain cap to push out the plastic powder of the lightning rod, so that it can conduct normally. .
When installing the lamp, if it is an LED lamp, then the driving power behind the lamp is divided into neutral, live, and ground. When wiring, the ground must be connected to the pre-arranged main cable. If the ground of the driving power is If the cable is not connected, it is likely to be burnt during a thunderstorm. Then there is the processing of the terminal. The serial wire joints must be tinned, then wrapped with insulating tape, and then covered with flame-retardant wax tubes. The purpose of this is to avoid excessive aging of the wiring under high temperature and rain exposure. , Causing a short circuit.
Lamps, especially high-pressure sodium lamps, must pay special attention when installing. The fixing nut connecting the lifting beam must be tightened with a wrench. It is often seen that the lamp head of the high pole lamp on the square or roadside is drooping down, that is, it is not fixed properly. Caused by screws. In severe cases, it will cause personal injury if it falls.
High pole lights are generally composed of two or three sections of steel pipes. Pay special attention to the installation. When every two sections are inserted into each other, the insertion depth shall not be less than 60 cm. If the insertion is not in place, there is no need to worry about it. Falling down on its own, but it will affect the overall verticality of the high-pole lamp, and it will shake left and right. If it is plugged into place, there will be no problems.
The top part of the top section of the high pole lamp, that is, the position of the fixing hook, is connected by three M14 or M16 screws. When installing, it should be noted that these three screws must be stainless steel screws. Ignore this problem and use ordinary iron galvanized screws. After a long time, the iron screws will become severely rusted, making it difficult to decouple or unable to decouple.
