Light pole classification:

Disadvantages of FRP poles: 1. Short service life; 2. No recycling value, very difficult and expensive to handle; 3. Ultraviolet rays damage the pole body very seriously; 4. Maintenance costs are too high; 5. Easy to be damaged by external equipment.
(3) Cement light pole:
The advantages of cement poles: 1. Plug-in installation can be used; 2. Good strength; 3. No spraying required.
Disadvantages of cement light poles: 1. Very heavy, which brings expensive transportation costs; 2. No recycling value; 3. Installation equipment is expensive and difficult to install; 4. It is more dangerous than other materials.
(4) Aluminum pole:
Advantages of aluminum alloy poles:
1. Good anti-corrosion performance;
2. Maintenance-free;
3. Light weight, convenient for transportation and installation;
4. Abundant surface treatment methods;
5. Longer lifespan than iron lamp poles and FRP lamp poles;
6. It can be recycled 100%, and the melting temperature is low, energy saving and emission reduction;
7. Plug-in installation method can be adopted;
8. The amplitude of the pole is smaller than that of the glass fiber reinforced plastic pole.
Disadvantages of aluminum poles: Compared with iron poles, the strength of aluminum poles is relatively low, but the strength of aluminum poles can reach the T6 standard through later heat treatment.
Due to the many advantages of aluminum alloy light poles that are unmatched by other light poles, aluminum alloy light poles have been commonly used in developed countries such as Europe and the United States. At present, it is still in its infancy in China.

Process points
Cutting and cutting
Before cutting, first adjust the inclination of the cutting machine to match the required slitting ruler.
Determine the position of the steel plate to ensure the maximum size of the remaining material so that the remaining material can be used.
The length dimension is guaranteed by Kaiping, the wide bottom dimension is required to be ≤±2mm, and the blanking dimension tolerance of the high rod is to take the positive tolerance for the big head of each section of the rod; generally: 0-2m. Take the minus tolerance of the small head, after the -2-0mm size is adjusted, it is completed by the cutting machine and the automatic cutting machine.
Equipment aspect: When cutting materials, check the operation of the rolling shear equipment, remove the debris on the track, and keep the equipment in good operating condition.
Bend
Bending is the most critical process in the production of light poles. The quality of the bending directly affects the quality of the light pole and cannot be repaired after bending. The specific attention is as follows:
Before bending: first remove the cutting slag of the sheet to ensure that there is no cutting slag crushing the mold during bending.
Check the length, width and straightness of the sheet, the straightness is ≤1/1000, if the straightness meets the requirements, correct it, especially the polygonal rod must ensure the straightness.
Increase the bending depth of the press brake and determine the position of the sheet metal.
Mark the line correctly on the sheet, the error: ≤±1mm. 2.5 Correctly align the lines and bend correctly to minimize the pipe seam, and the height of the two sides should not be greater than 5mm.
welding
Perform straight seam welding on the pipe seam after bending. Because welding is automatic ambush welding, the main reason is that the welder should have more responsibility. When welding, attention should be paid to adjusting the welding position to ensure the straightness of the weld.
Repair and polish
Repair grinding is to repair the defects of the tube blank after automatic welding. The repairer should check one by one, and repair the defective place. After the repair welding is completed, the repair is carried out. The repaired joint is basically the same as the automatic weld.
Plastic surgery
The shaping process includes the straightening of the lamp pole and the round and polygonal diagonal dimensions of both ends of the billet pole. The general tolerance: <±2mm. The straightness error of the billet rod does not exceed: ≤±1.5/1000.
Head together
The flushing process is to smooth the two ends of the bent tube blank to ensure that the nozzle is perpendicular to the center line, and there is no angle and height unevenness. At the same time, after smoothing, the end surface is polished.
Install the bottom plate
For spot welding of bottom flange and ribs, the key is to ensure that the bottom flange is perpendicular to the straight center line of the lamp, the ribs are perpendicular to the bottom flange, and the straight line of the lamp is at the same time.
Welded bottom flange
The welding requirements refer to the welding process of the national standard to ensure the welding quality. The welding seam should be beautiful, free of pores and slag.
Open the door
In the working process of this process, you must be bold and careful (1) First, you must see the drawing to determine the direction of the door, and then locate it according to the drawing size. Dimensions include: up and down, left and right, and the size of the door frame. When plasma cutting, be careful to ensure that the slit is in a straight line. At the same time, the cut door panel and the light pole are marked with electric welding.
Welding rod
When welding the door strip, the door strip with a width of 20mm should be extended by 8-10mm and put it down. Especially when spot welding, the door strip should be close to the light pole, and the welding should be firm. The welding device and the lock base are mainly located in accordance with the drawings. The lock base is welded in the middle of the door with an error of ≤±2mm. Keep the upper level and cannot exceed the light pole.
Curved fork
The fork-bending process has the same properties as the door opening, so you should be bold and careful. First, pay attention to the direction of the door, second, pay attention to the starting point, the third angle of the light fork, the traction speed can not be fast or slow, and the yield rate is 100%.
Galvanized
The quality of galvanizing directly affects the quality of light poles. Galvanizing is required to be galvanized in accordance with national standards. After plating, the surface is smooth, without color difference, and there can be no sagging. Light poles with severe sagging must be re-plated.
Spray
The purpose of plastic spraying is one for aesthetics and the other for corrosion prevention
Polishing: Use a polishing wheel to grind the surface of the galvanized pole to ensure that the surface of the pole is smooth and flat.
Straightening: Straighten the polished light pole and shape the mouth shape. The unstraightness of the light pole must reach 1/1000. The caliber requirement: small pole ≤±1mm; high pole ≤±2mm.
Door panel
All door panels are processed after galvanizing, including zinc hanging, zinc leakage and zinc storage in keyholes.
When drilling the screw holes, the electric drill must be perpendicular to the door panel. The space around the door panel should wait until the door panel is level.
After the screws are fixed, the door panel cannot be loosened, and the fixing must be firm to prevent it from falling off during transportation.
Spray powder: Put the light pole with the door into the spray room, spray the color of the plastic powder according to the production plan, and then enter the drying room. The temperature and holding time of the drying room must be strictly in accordance with the requirements of each plastic powder to ensure the plastic powder Quality requirements such as adhesion and finish.
Factory inspection
The factory quality inspector conducts the factory inspection. The factory inspector must inspect the light pole inspection items one by one. The inspector must record and archive the items at the same time. The quality inspector can sign the product before delivery.
