Operating procedures:
1. After the gantry operation (assembly) is completed, a load test hoist should be carried out; the test hoist is divided into static load and dynamic load, and the operation capacity, carrying capacity, stability and reliability of each system are checked.
2. When the gantry is running, it must be parallel and stable without twisting it.
3. Overload use is strictly prohibited.
4. There should be a dedicated person for unified command during operation, and other personnel should have a clear division of labor; determine a unified contact signal.
5. In the event of a power outage or other special circumstances during operation, heavy objects should be dropped to the ground and not suspended in the air.
6. It is strictly forbidden to stand under the gantry and lifting heavy objects.
7. It is forbidden to stand on the gantry when it is running.
8. The erection and use of gantry and derrick must meet the requirements of the industry standard "Safety Technical Code for Gantry and Derrick Material Hoist" (JGG88-2010).

⑧ At the entrance of each floor, an unloading bridge platform should be erected, two guardrails should be erected on both sides of the bridge platform, and a dense mesh safety net should be erected, and a horoscope should be erected at the lower entrance of the bridge platform.
⑨ Derrick and triangular column gantry are strictly prohibited from contacting electrical equipment, and reliable insulation protection measures should be provided. When the height is above 15m, there should be lightning protection equipment.
⑩ The derrick and gantry must be equipped with safety protection devices such as ultra-high limit, broken rope insurance, mechanical, manual or interlock positioning brackets.
⑪ 1 set of cable wind ropes should be installed at the height of l0~l5m, and 1 group shall be added for every 10m increase, 4 in each group. The cable wind rope shall be used with steel wire ropes with a diameter of not less than 12.5mm. Ground anchors shall be buried in accordance with the regulations. ⑫ A safety shelter with a length of not less than 2m should be set up on one side of the feed inlet of the gantry and the first layer of the derrick, and sealing measures must be taken on the other three sides. ⑬ The guide pulleys of the gantry and derrick must be individually anchored firmly, and the wire ropes from the guide pulley to the drum of the winder shall be shielded at all passages.
⑭ The vertical distance between the sky wheel and the loading platform of the highest floor should not be less than 6m, so that the vertical distance between the highest position of the lifting cage (pan) and the sky wheel should not be less than 2m.
