1. Creepage distance and electrical clearance requirements
The creepage distance and electrical clearance between various live parts in the shell and adjacent metal parts shall not be less than 3.6mm.
2. Specific regulations for wire fixing frame and terminal
The housing should be equipped with a wire fixing frame made of insulating material to prevent the terminal from being stressed and the wire insulation from wearing. The signal lamp housing shall have wiring terminals for connecting the light-emitting unit with the external power supply, and the wiring terminals shall be threaded wiring terminals that meet the requirements of Chapter 14 of GB 7000.1-2007.
3. Protection at the cable entrance
The cable entry should be suitable for protecting the wires with conduits, wire protective sleeves, etc., and should be chamfered to make it smooth, with a minimum radius of 0.5mm.
4, grounding requirements
When there are metal parts that can be touched during installation, replacement of bulbs, or metal parts that may become live when insulation problems occur, yellow-green wires should be used to connect these metal parts to the grounding terminal on (or near) the terminal Connect, and set a general identification on the grounding terminal.
