In terms of heat dissipation, the main heat dissipation methods of Led Street Light sources are: heat radiation, heat conduction, heat convection and natural air cooling. Specifically, the heat generated by the LED light source is transferred to the heat dissipation aluminum, and then heat radiation and natural air cooling are performed through the area of the heat dissipation aluminum.

When it comes to light distribution, it is mainly a lens and a reflector. Let's talk about the lens first: the lens is actually the secondary light distribution. The lens is divided by material: silicone lens, PMMA, PC lens and glass lens; because the silicone lens has good temperature resistance and small size, the diameter is 3-10mm, so It is directly encapsulated on the LED lamp beads; the lens used by our company is PMMA material, because this material is also very resistant to temperature, it is a large lens, and the quality is the best; while the PC material lens is produced The efficiency is high, but the light transmittance is slightly poor, and the temperature cannot exceed 110°; although the glass lens is resistant to high temperature, it is large in size, heavy in weight, fragile and high in production cost.

Lens can be divided into primary lens and secondary lens according to application. The primary lens is directly packaged on the LED chip, but its light distribution angle is up to 180°; the light-emitting angle of the secondary lens can be adjusted arbitrarily. As for the reflector, it does not have a lens to emit light. Although the price is low, the temperature resistance is poor and the light is scattered.
